Summary
This study is testing a lifestyle support program called 'Watchful Living' for Black and Hispanic men with early-stage prostate cancer who are on active surveillance (watching and waiting) and their partners. The program provides phone coaching on exercise and nutrition over six months. The main goal is to see if this support can improve quality of life, diet, and physical activity for both the patient and their partner.
