Summary
This study is testing a 6-month lifestyle program held at senior centers to help older adults with type 2 diabetes improve their physical function and overall health. Researchers are working with 20 participants and community members to adapt proven health programs for use in local senior centers. The goal is to see if this community-based approach is practical, well-liked, and can lead to better mobility, blood sugar control, and quality of life.
