Summary
This study is testing different ways to help childhood and young adult cancer survivors become more physically active and improve their diets. Researchers are comparing several approaches including telehealth sessions with clinicians, personalized goal-setting with social media support, and health coaching. The goal is to find the most effective methods to help survivors reduce sedentary time and eat healthier foods.
