Summary
This study is testing whether a comprehensive lifestyle program can improve outcomes for people with stage II or III breast cancer who are undergoing radiation therapy. The program includes dietary coaching, exercise, stress management, and social support. Researchers want to see if this approach helps prevent cancer from returning, improves survival, and enhances quality of life compared to standard care alone.
