Summary

This study is testing a lifestyle program designed for African American men who have finished treatment for prostate cancer and their spouses or partners. The goal is to see if working together as a couple can help improve quality of life, increase physical activity, and encourage healthier eating. The program includes coaching calls and nutrition counseling, and researchers are also interviewing healthcare providers to understand their views on family-focused care.
