Summary
This study is testing a lifestyle program designed to help adults with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) become more active and improve their heart health. Researchers will compare the program to standard medical and lifestyle advice to see which is more effective and cost-effective. The goal is to see if improving habits like physical activity and diet can reduce the risk of heart and metabolic problems in people with OCD.
