Gut makeover to fight liver cancer
NCT ID NCT07111130
Summary
This study tests whether a 12-week program of healthy eating and regular exercise can reduce the risk of developing liver cancer in people at high risk. About 90 participants will follow a specific low-carb, high-fiber diet and exercise plan while researchers track changes in their gut bacteria, bile acids, and liver health. The goal is to see if lifestyle changes can create lasting biological changes that protect the liver.
