First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This study looks at whether non-chemo approaches like physical activity, intermittent fasting, or adding a beta-blocker (propranolol) can improve immune function and quality of life in people with multiple myeloma or related blood disorders. Researchers will measure changes in immune cells, gut health, and bone markers. The goal is to find safer ways to ease symptoms and support standard treatment.
