First seen Jun 26, 2026 ยท Last updated Jun 26, 2026

Summary

This study will enroll 16,000 people invited to colorectal cancer screening in Norway. Participants will fill out a diet and lifestyle questionnaire and receive personalized digital feedback on how their habits compare to health recommendations. Some groups get extra support like phone counseling or webinars. Researchers want to see if this feedback leads to real improvements in diet, exercise, weight, smoking, and alcohol use over two years.
