Summary

This study tested a 12-week lifestyle physical activity program for pregnant women at high risk of using cannabis. Sixteen women used a Fitbit tracker and received guidance to increase their daily activity. The goal was to see if the program could help them reduce or stop cannabis use during pregnancy.
