Summary
This study tested whether a life-skills training program could improve self-efficacy (confidence in handling situations) in men recovering from substance use disorders. 45 male participants aged 20-50 who had at least one relapse and were in a rehab program took part. They completed a training program, and researchers measured changes in their confidence and coping skills.
