Can reminiscing together ease the burden of cancer?

NCT ID NCT06505122

Summary

This study is testing whether a 'Dyadic Life Review' program, where older patients with advanced cancer and their caregivers share and discuss life stories together, is practical to run and if it helps. It will compare this program to usual care, which involves a social work referral. The main goal is to see if the program reduces psychological distress and improves the relationship and communication between the patient and caregiver.
