Summary

This study tests a program where older adults with advanced cancer and their caregivers talk about meaningful life memories together. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and helps improve emotional well-being and relationship closeness. About 60 patient-caregiver pairs will take part, with some receiving the program and others getting standard support.
