Summary

This study is testing whether a combination of lidocaine spray inside the abdomen and lidocaine given through an IV can reduce pain after laparoscopic fibroid removal. One hundred adults undergoing this surgery will be randomly assigned to receive either the lidocaine combo or a placebo. The main goal is to see if fewer people experience moderate to severe pain in the first 24 hours after surgery.
