Summary
This study tests a yearly injection called Debio 4326 in 56 children with central precocious puberty, a condition where puberty starts too early (before age 8 in girls, 9 in boys). The goal is to see if it can safely suppress puberty hormones back to childhood levels for a full year. The treatment aims to control the condition, not cure it, and children may need ongoing management.
