Summary
This study tested how well the seizure medication levetiracetam works for people aged 60 and older with epilepsy. Researchers followed 137 patients to see if the drug could keep them seizure-free, how long they could stay on it, and what side effects they experienced. The goal was to find a safe and effective way to manage epilepsy in older adults.
