First seen Nov 10, 2025 · Last updated Apr 07, 2026 · Updated 18 times

Summary

This study is testing whether a four-drug combination works better for adults with a specific type of acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) that has come back or hasn't responded to other treatments. The approach combines an immunotherapy drug that helps the immune system fight cancer with a targeted drug and two chemotherapy drugs. Researchers want to see if this combination can put the cancer into remission and keep it away longer.
