Summary
This trial is testing whether a combination of chemotherapy and targeted drugs can better prepare patients with advanced blood cancers for a stem cell transplant. The goal is to control the aggressive cancer enough so patients can safely receive donor stem cells, which may offer a chance for long-term disease control. Researchers will measure how many patients successfully get to transplant and track survival outcomes.
