New hope for kids battling leukemia that has come back

NCT ID NCT03740334

Summary

This study is testing the safety and best dose of a new three-drug combination for children and young adults whose acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) has returned or not responded to standard treatments. The drugs—ribociclib, everolimus, and dexamethasone—work together to try to stop cancer cell growth. The main goal is to find the safest dose and understand how the body processes these drugs.
