NCT ID NCT04512105

Summary

This early-stage study tested the safety of adding a common cholesterol-lowering drug (pitavastatin) to a standard leukemia treatment (venetoclax). It involved 6 adults with either chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The main goal was to find the safest dose and see if the drug combination could help control the cancer.
