Summary

This study compares two common fertility treatments—letrozole alone versus clomiphene citrate plus tamoxifen—in 240 women with infertility due to ovulation problems. The goal is to see which approach leads to more ovulations and pregnancies. Participants will be monitored with ultrasounds and hormone tests to track results.
