Summary

This study tested whether a combination of two drugs, letrozole and everolimus, can help control advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer. 42 participants whose cancer had returned or worsened despite prior treatment were enrolled. The goal was to see if the tumors shrank or stopped growing, while also monitoring safety.
