Fasting diet and exercise may boost chemo in aggressive breast cancer
NCT ID NCT06831955
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Aug 07, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study tests whether adding a fasting-mimicking diet and exercise to standard chemotherapy and immunotherapy can improve treatment results for people with early-stage triple negative breast cancer. About 356 participants will be randomly assigned to receive either the lifestyle program plus standard treatment or standard treatment alone. The main goal is to see if the combination leads to a higher rate of complete tumor disappearance before surgery.
