Summary

This study tests whether an oral supplement made from Leonurus cardiaca (motherwort) can safely reduce anxiety symptoms in adults with Generalized Anxiety Disorder. Sixty participants aged 20-50 who are not on anxiety medication will take either the supplement or a placebo for 30 days. Researchers will measure changes in anxiety, stress, and quality of life at the start, at 14 days, and at 30 days.
