Summary

This study tests whether using a digital medical device (Aurora®) that delivers cognitive behavioral therapy, along with usual anxiety medication, works better than medication alone. About 162 adults with moderate-to-severe generalized anxiety disorder will use the device for 12 weeks. The main goal is to see if anxiety symptoms improve more with the combined approach.
