Summary
This study tests whether adding a digital cognitive behavioral therapy device (Aurora) to standard anxiety medication works better than medication alone. About 162 adults with moderate-to-severe generalized anxiety disorder will use the device alongside their usual drugs for 12 weeks. The goal is to see if the combination reduces anxiety symptoms more effectively.
