New drug combo aims to boost radiation for rare bone cancer

Summary
This study tests whether adding two drugs (lenalidomide and CC-486) to standard radiation therapy is safe and effective for people with plasmacytoma, a rare tumor of plasma cells. About 21 participants will receive the combination treatment. The goal is to see if this approach can lead to a complete disappearance of the cancer without causing severe side effects.
