Summary
This study is testing if adding a medication called lenalidomide to the standard steroid treatment works better for people with active IgG4-Related Disease (IgG4-RD). It will involve about 200 adults to see if the combination lowers the chance of the disease flaring up again over a year. The main goal is to find a more effective long-term treatment to control this chronic condition.
