NCT ID NCT07639138
First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether adding the drug lenalidomide to ongoing targeted therapy and immunotherapy can help people with advanced liver cancer whose disease has worsened after multiple prior treatments. About 32 participants will receive the combination and be monitored for tumor response and side effects. The goal is to see if this approach can slow cancer growth and improve survival.
What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
Active substance
lenalidomide
What this could lead to
If successful, this could offer a new treatment option for people with advanced liver cancer who have run out of standard therapies.
What could go wrong
This is a small, early-phase study with only 32 participants, so results may not apply widely. Adding lenalidomide may increase side effects like low blood counts or fatigue.
