New Legal-Medicine team fights veteran evictions
NCT ID NCT04924088
Summary
This study is testing if a special legal-medical partnership is better than standard legal help for veterans facing eviction or housing problems. Researchers are comparing the two approaches for 300 low-income veterans with mental health conditions to see which one better helps them stay housed and improves their mental well-being over one year. The goal is to see if this team-based care model should be expanded to help more veterans.
