Summary
This study is for people with myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS) whose disease has returned or not responded to standard treatment. Researchers are testing a combination of two drugs, leflunomide and decitabine, to find the safest and most effective doses. The goal is to control the disease, not cure it, and participants will need ongoing treatment.
