Summary

This small study tested whether shining special LED lights on the head could help veterans and active-duty personnel who had a mild traumatic brain injury from blasts. Eight people took part, and researchers measured changes in thinking, memory, mood, and sleep. The goal was to see if this gentle, noninvasive treatment could improve daily life and recovery.
