First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This study will follow 400 people with early Alzheimer's disease who are taking lecanemab, a drug that removes amyloid plaques from the brain. Researchers want to see if simple blood tests can track the drug's effects as accurately as brain scans. The goal is to make monitoring easier and more accessible for patients.
