Summary

This study is testing the drug lecanemab in 200 people with early-to-moderate Alzheimer's disease. Participants will receive either lecanemab or standard treatment for 24 months. Researchers will use brain scans, eye imaging, and memory tests to see if the drug slows the disease and to monitor for side effects like brain swelling.
