Summary
This study tested a 'Learning from Excellence' program in a children's intensive care unit. Instead of focusing on mistakes, the program encouraged staff to share and learn from positive moments. Researchers measured parent satisfaction to see if this approach improved the quality of care. 30 parents of children in the unit took part.
