Summary
This study tested a lean leadership training program for head nurses at Mansoura Children Hospital. The goal was to see if the training could improve head nurses' performance and make the workplace safer for staff nurses. About 200 head nurses and staff nurses took part, and the study measured safety using a standard nursing work environment survey.
