Summary
This study tests whether a leadership training program can help prevent psychological distress, anger problems, and loneliness in National Guard members and their spouses. About 5,400 people will take part. Leaders receive online training and a group session, then researchers check if their teams report better mental health after 6 and 12 months compared to a wait-list group.
