Who is studied
The study population will consist of nurses actively working in intensive care units in participating hospitals in Bursa and Iğdır, Türkiye. Eligible participants will be nurses who have been actively working in an intensive care unit for at least 1 year and who voluntarily agree to participate in the study. Student nurses, nursing interns, nurses working temporarily or on a rotational basis in intensive care units, and nurses with less than 1 year of intensive care experience will be excluded.
