Summary
This study tested whether adding an experimental drug called LBL-007 to standard immunotherapy and chemotherapy helps shrink tumors better in people with advanced esophageal cancer that cannot be surgically removed. About 118 participants received either the three-drug combo or the standard two-drug combo as their first treatment. The main goal was to see how many patients had their tumors shrink significantly.
