Summary
This study tests two different pacing leads (lumenless vs. stylet-driven) for a newer heart pacing technique called left bundle branch pacing. The goal is to see which lead is safer and more effective at placing the pacing wire correctly during the procedure. About 288 people with slow heart rates or heart block will take part across multiple hospitals.
