Summary
This study tests a light therapy called photobiomodulation to see if it can improve dry mouth, swallowing, and overall quality of life in 60 head and neck cancer survivors who have finished radiation. Participants will use a mobile health tool to track their symptoms. The goal is to find a gentle, non-drug way to manage long-term side effects.
