Summary
This study is testing two non-drug methods to help reduce anxiety in pregnant women. Researchers are comparing laughter yoga sessions and a tapping technique called EFT against a control group to see which is more effective. The goal is to find safe, accessible ways to improve mental well-being during pregnancy.
