Laughter and tapping: new hope for pregnancy anxiety?

Summary
This study tests whether laughter yoga or emotional freedom technique (EFT, a tapping therapy) can lower anxiety in pregnant women. About 120 women with moderate-to-high anxiety will be randomly assigned to one of the two methods or standard care. Researchers will measure anxiety levels before and after the sessions to see which approach works best.
