NCT ID NCT07297771

First seen Jan 02, 2026 · Last updated Jun 13, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study looks at how much the latissimus dorsi (a large back muscle) is activated during common rehabilitation exercises like rows and press-ups. Thirty healthy, active adults aged 18 to 40 will perform these exercises while muscle activity is recorded with sticky sensors on the skin. The goal is to understand which exercises best target this muscle, which can help improve rehab programs. There is minimal risk, such as mild skin irritation from the sensors.
