This trial investigates whether re-testing pregnant people for gestational diabetes in the third trimester can lower the rate of cesarean deliveries when an ultrasound shows the baby is measuring large. Participants who previously tested negative for diabetes are randomly assigned to either receive a repeat glucose test and continuous glucose monitoring with nutrition counseling, or no additional testing.
