Summary

This study follows 500 adults aged 18 to 65 who finished their first chemotherapy treatment for certain cancers and are in remission. Over 5 years, researchers will check for 19 possible late side effects, like heart or lung problems, and offer follow-up care. The goal is to better understand and manage these complications to improve survivors' quality of life.
