LASIK showdown: which eye surgery gives sharper sight?

Summary
This study compares two LASIK techniques to see which one corrects nearsightedness and astigmatism better. 70 adults aged 22 and older with healthy eyes will have one eye treated with each method. The goal is to find out if one approach leads to sharper vision without glasses.
