Inclusion Criteria: * Patients older than 18 years. * Open angle glaucoma. * Advanced glaucoma (visual field deterioration MD\>-12.00 dB with evidence of optic neuropathy despite maximal therapy). Exclusion Criteria: * Previous intraocular surgery for glaucoma. * Patients who had undergone previous laser therapy for glaucoma. * Cases of secondary glaucoma. * Media opacity interferes with capturing fundus image.
