Summary
This study is testing if using a special laser together with ultrasound during a root canal procedure can help reduce pain and kill more bacteria afterwards. It will involve 120 adults with a specific type of infected tooth. The main goal is to see if this combination leads to less pain for patients in the days following their dental treatment.
