Summary
This study is for adults whose brain cancer has returned after previous radiation treatment. It compares two approaches: receiving a second, precise radiation treatment after either surgery or laser therapy, versus just having close monitoring after those procedures. The main goal is to see which approach better controls the tumor's regrowth at the original site.
