Summary

This study compared two types of laser eye surgery for people with mixed astigmatism, a condition where the eye focuses light unevenly. 39 adults received either femtosecond laser-assisted LASIK or single-step transepithelial photorefractive keratectomy. The goal was to see which surgery better improves vision without glasses.
